3. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

Access to By Me is restricted to members of our Club, as described in our “FAQ” section. To become a member, you must be referred by an existing customer or, if you do not have a referral, fill out a form for review.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

  • Purchase Process: After becoming a member, you will be able to access our online store and make purchases based on the available customization options.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via PIX and credit card. Payment is made at the time of purchase, and the production process for your order will begin after payment is confirmed.

  • Return Policy: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you have up to 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase to cancel your order at no additional cost and without providing a reason.

5. SHOE CUSTOMIZATION

At By Me, we offer a customization service for shoes. You can choose materials, colors, textures, and finishes, ensuring a unique and exclusive product.

6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Production Time: Production takes up to 20 days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, such as holidays, this timeframe may be extended. Shipping: Shipments are made via Correios, and a tracking number is provided so you can track your order.

7. WARRANTIES AND EXCHANGE POLICY

By Me offers a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the product’s delivery date. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the By Me website, including text, images, logos, design, and graphics, is the exclusive property of By Me or its respective licensors and is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
